dc.description.abstract網格搭建在有限元素分析中為重要的技術,直接影響模擬的準 確度 和計算效率,因此本研究建立 Type A、 Type B、 Type C三種 不同 網格定 義針對模擬結果與實際短射照片、光程差分佈照片比較,來驗證模型準 確度,從研究結果得知, Type C定義可獲得較正確的模流分析結果。透 過收斂性分析, 另外 建立 Type C_1~6不同尺寸的網格 進行 模擬與實驗 的比對,得知 介於 Type C_2~4的 可獲得較正確的模流分析結果;藉由 Moldex3D模流分析 手 法 進行 與實際射出機的響應曲線 比較 趨勢和結果, 以此驗證方法取得最終適合的網格和貼近實際結果的成型條件給後續 的模仁變形當初始設定條件。 為了探討模仁因溫度歷程受到變形之下鏡片的厚度收縮趨勢和模 仁變形趨勢,本研究使用 Moldex3D的 FEA模組匯出模仁至 ABAQUS結構變形上所需的資料進行探討,從結果顯示,對於光學鏡片考慮了模 仁變形確實有較大的線收縮率。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractMesh construction is an important technique, which directly affects the accuracy and calculation efficiency of simulation. Therefore, This study established three different meshes type A , B , C. The simulation results are compared with actual short-shot photos and optical retardation distribution photos to validate the accuracy of the model. The results show that the grid size of the narrowest lens thickness area type C at the connection gate can obtain mold flow results more accurately. Through convergence analysis, different sizes grids of were type C_1~6 also established to compare simulation with experiments. We know that the mesh size in type C_2~4 can obtain mold flow results more accurately. Furthermore, Moldex3D mold flow analysis compares and verifies the trends and results of actual machine response curves. With this verification approach, the adequate mesh and the molding conditions close to the experimental results are determined to set the conditions for the subsequent die-core deformation. In order to investigate the thickness shrinkage of the lens and the deformation of the die core due to the temperature changing, Moldex3D FEA module is employed to export the results into ABAQUS structural analysis of die core. Considering the deformation of the die core, the optical lens does have a large linear shrinkage rate.en_US
