| dc.description.abstract | 公共工程品質一直是國人相當重視的環節，執行工程材料檢測之土木工程測試實驗室除須經過TAF認證為認可實驗室外，也會受到行政院公共工程委員會或工程主管機關進行相關查核，因此外界對土木領域實驗室出具之報告具有一定之信心，然而大多數的測試實驗室一樣都經過TAF認證，但是比起土木工程測試實驗室受到相關特定規範之要求，測試實驗室出具之報告真實性與公正性多數仍遭存疑，本研究即是藉由ISO/IEC 17025改版之際，整理相關認證規範之改變重點，瞭解實驗室活動風險，除可對實驗室管理系統改進有所助益外，亦可提升社會大眾對測試實驗室的結果報告更具信心。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | The quality of public works has always been a very important part of people, the civil engineering laboratory performing engineering material testing needs to be a TAF certificated laboratory, and also subjected to relevant inspections by the Public Construction Commission Executive Yuan or the competent engineering authority, therefore, other fields have a certain confidence in the report issued by the laboratory in the civil field. Most of the test laboratories are TAF certified but are subjected to specific specifications compared to civil engineering test laboratories, the authenticity and impartiality of reports issued by test laboratories are still in doubt. This study is at the revision time of ISO/IEC 17025, sort out the changes in relevant certification specifications, and understand the risks of laboratory activities, to help in the improvement of laboratory management systems, and increase the public′s confidence in the laboratory testing results. | en_US |
