dc.description.abstract缺工是勞力密集的營建產業所面臨的重要議題。歷年來許多專家學者對於如何改善缺工問題進行研究,然而研究成果多為大環境之整體政策,營造廠(即主承攬商)能夠實際運用及掌控的方法較為缺乏。營造業實際上控制人力資源分派的決策單位是分包商,若能有效掌握分包商人力資源分派的優先順序,便能在缺工的大環境下持續經營及發展。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractLabor shortages are an important issue for the labor-intensive construction industry. Over the years, many experts and scholars have studied how to improve the shortages of labor, but the research results are mostly the overall policies of the environment, and the methods that can be practically used and controlled by the general contractors are relatively lacking. In the construction industry, the decision-making party that actually controls the distribution of human resources is the subcontractor. Therefore, if a contractor can effectively grasp the priority of the human resources distribution of the subcontractor, it can continue to operate and develop in the labor shortage environmenten_US
