dc.description.abstract經濟發展下的負面外部性擴大,使全球生態產業園區(Eco-industrial Park, EIP)愈來愈受矚目,近年來雖已有眾多生態產業園區相關研究,但生態產業園區的績效評估卻為數不多。本研究首次以全球133座生態產業園區為研究對象,建構三步驟模式對生態產業園區的績效表現做多方面的分析。首先,由生態產業園區的經營效率分析發現,園區的面積大小並不影響生態產業園區獲得效率表現。其次,透過情境標竿學習地圖提出各生態產業園區最合適的標竿學習對象。最後,本研究同步觀察生態產業園區環境、經濟與社會三面向和績效的關係,發現環境面的能源管理、經濟面的企業間的資源交換以及社會面的社會福利服務變數皆能為生態產業園區帶來正向的經濟助益。本研究從中發現,在經濟發展的同時,也能找到環境、經濟與社會的平衡,並以此提供給各國政府機構投資參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe expansion of negative externalities under economic development has made the Eco-Industrial Park (EIP) is now all the rage. Although there have been many studies on Eco-Industrial Park in recent years, the performance evaluation of Eco-Industrial Park is scarce. This is the first time to use 133 Eco-Industrial Park in the world as the research object and construct a three-step model to analyze the performance of Eco-Industrial Parks in many aspects. First, from the analysis of the operating efficiency of the Eco-Industrial Park, it is found that the size of the park does not affect the efficiency performance of the Eco-Industrial Park; secondly, through the situational benchmarking map, propose the most suitable benchmark learning objects for each Eco-Industrial Park. Finally, this study simultaneously observes the impact of the environment, economy, and society in Eco-Industrial Park performance. It is learned that environmental aspects of energy management, economic aspects of resource exchange between enterprises, and social aspects of social welfare service variables can all bring positive economic benefits to Eco-Industrial Parks. This research found that it can find the balance of the environment, economy, and society while economic development, and provide investment reference for government agencies of various countries.en_US
