Therefore, for companies with a large variety of production equipment, good equipment maintenance management will be an important key to enhance the company′s physical fitness! The manufacturing industry often faces insufficient equipment maintenance information, failure to carry out regular maintenance of equipment, failure to effectively allocate maintenance personnel, and failure to conduct in-depth analysis and review of equipment anomalies, resulting in repeated occurrences of anomalies. This research is a case study analysis by analyzing the operation mode of an E company specializing in the maintenance of traditional manufacturing equipment. From the analysis of E company′s business methods, it is found that the 5W2H in the case study is very suitable.
