dc.description.abstract | All of countries are applying the technology of renewable energy power generation to protect our ecological environment and carbon dioxide emissions reduction what the photovoltaic solar energy has become one of the most important technology and industry in the current renewable energy power generation globally. This study is based on the case study of X company on industry- university collaboration projects of front side conductive silver paste and spherical silver powder production of photovoltaic solar cell industry to study what factors affect performance of industry- university collaboration project from the different perspectives.
The method of study followed through in-depth interviews and detailed comprehensive questionnaire evaluations and then summarized the opinions of the senior leaders, technology transfer of university representatives and department managers, engineers, shop floor leaders & technicians of X company. Respectively from the following five aspects to analyze and sort out by technologic transfer and R&D, mass production and quality stabilization, organization and leadership, marketing and customer relationship, industrial growth and sustainability.
The results showed the significant gaps in technology transfer, mass production, quality stability & organization and leadership by the two sides of industry- university collaboration.
From the study results that we can find the main key performances of industry-university collaboration projects are depending on how soon the technology can be transferred form Lab small sample to the mass volumes of production on shop-floor, including quality stability and commercialization by industry-university collaboration projects. On the whole, it is not only to transfer the technologies from the university’s Lab to the company and also we should have the professional talents in product industrialization and the strongest organization management and leadership who can integrate all resources to lead the enterprise to breakaway the difficulties, and continuously improve the product defects, so as to quickly launch products that meet the needs of customers.
Finally, it can stably produce the high-quality product to meet the needs of customers which are the key improvement factors of performance on the industry-university collaboration projects. | en_US |
