dc.description.abstract台灣傳統製造業面臨來勢洶洶的工業4.0技術浪潮,企業生產方式將從大量批次化生產的方式,改為高附加價的客制化生產模式,因此提升企業本身生產技術競爭力,創造更好的利基點已是刻不容緩的。在工業4.0發展過程中使用大量的資訊技術,整合製造、銷售和售後服務等流程,進而提升傳統製造業技術競爭力,但傳統製造業長期未注重資訊系統整合能力,因此在企業內部IT人員技術專業能力也將備受考驗。 本研究透過文獻資料探討及個案研究之探索性研究方法,探索S公司面臨工業4.0技術升級過程中,資訊部門如何評估出在S公司發展工業4.0目標下,挑選出最適合的新資訊技術平台,以及後續如何進行資訊設備及系統汰舊換新過程。探索過程中進一步發現,S公司為讓資訊部門為能完成工業4.0的目標,打破舊有的部門管理方式,將資訊人員全部依職能重新分組,並將OKR實際融入Nutanix超融合系統導入專案,進而讓整個資訊部門在2019年度考核成績中,呈現正成長的趨勢,讓S公司未來在工業4.0下一個目標,能夠更有信心的讓資訊部門主導整個工業4.0升級。 關鍵詞:工業4.0、OKR超融合系統、zh_TW
dc.description.abstractFacing the fierce wave of Industry 4.0’s technology trends, companies of Taiwan traditional manufacturing industry have replaced large batch production with high-value-added customized manufacturing. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the competitiveness of manufacturing technology and create a better niche point. During the development of Industry 4.0, a great number of procedures, including information technology, integrated manufacturing, sales and after-sales services, are used to increase the traditional manufacturing industry’s technology competitiveness. However, since traditional manufacturing industry hasn’t been focusing on the integration capability of information system for such a long time, the professional skills of IT technicians working in these companies will undoubtedly be challenged. By using the exploratory research methods, such as literature review and case study, this study explores how the IT department of S Company, facing the technology upgrade of Industry 4.0, evaluates and selects the most suitable new information technology platform when the S Company strives to achieve the goals of Industry 4.0, and how they replaced old information equipment and system afterwards. During the exploration, the study discovered that S Company abolished the old management system to make IT department achieve the objectives of Industry 4.0. The IT technicians are all regrouped according to their competency, and the OKR is integrated into the implementation project of Nutanix Hyper-converged infrastructure. For this reason, the entire IT department’s scores of evaluations in 2019 had positively increased, giving S Company faith to trust the IT department in leading the Industry 4.0 upgrade project.
