dc.description.abstract | In recent years, with the rapid development of e-commerce, the consumption mode of the people have had a tremendous impact, and it has also brought about business opportunities. However, the rapid increase in transaction volume has caused the traditional logistics operation model to be unable to load. Faced with a large number of documents, cumbersome operating procedures, and different information systems used by upstream and downstream companies, how to synchronize the overall supply chain information has become a major problem .
The multi-level supply chain in the logistics industry makes it difficult for customers to track documents, and faces errors in product data records, which breaks the trust between buyers and sellers. This research hopes to shorten the information gap and ensure that every transaction is transparent by introducing blockchain technology, so as to greatly improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the overall logistics supply chain.
This research takes the supply chain of a logistics company as an example, uses the Architecture of Integrated Information System (ARIS) to model the process status to understand the existing operation process, and use the characteristics of the blockchain to reengineering a new business model. Then, through the Unified Modeling Language (UML) notation (Notation), the enterprise process analysis is connected to the system development stage, and the final business model is analyzed by this, and a transaction information platform is designed. Using UML′s various graphical expression platform functions and information system transaction situations will help members execute transactions, thereby improving work efficiency and customer service levels, and establishing a safe and reliable logistics supply chain ecology. | en_US |
