Especially at the level of investment in technology development and application, the consistency between technological maturity and market behavior is an important key factor of challenging the blue ocean market.
The depth seawater resource has the characteristics of low temperature, cleanliness, and rich nutrients. In recent years, the industry chain that has been discussed and initially formed includes thermoelectric power generation, low temperature agriculture and fishery. , Biotechnology, cosmetics, food value-added, drinking water, etc., due to the large scope of development, it is not easy to focus on development.
In the case of the deep seawater industry, this study applies qualitative research methods and obtains relevant information through non-structural expert interviews. Use research tools such as empathy maps and value propositions to construct goals, cross-analyze the structure, and suggest a viable promotion model for the deep seawater industry in the future.
For the development of the deep seawater industry, this study puts forward an exposition based on the "industrial ecosystem", and the three types of roles that industry leaders play in the cooperation strategy must be adjusted in time according to the needs of industrial development at different stages. And keystone and niche player companies must cooperate with cross-field common technologies provided by supporters to enhance the overall external competitiveness of the deep seawater industry. In addition, niche companies must provide the technical assistance and equipment support required for production between companies under the common platform and value proposition goals, and jointly promotes the division of labor and cooperation between the industrial ecological chains.
In terms of overall promotion strategy, we suggests that keystone and cross-field industrial niche manufacturers who invest in deep seawater development must change their way of thinking alone and establish a unique industrial ecosystem for joint marketing. At the same time, Aiming at the government that plays the role of supporter, put forward three strategic recommendations that urgently need to be implemented.
1. Speed up the completion of the installation of public water intake pipes and attract willing investors to invest.
2. Provides a financial subsidy policy mechanism and re-allocates policy resources.
