dc.description.abstract俗話說「失敗為成功之母」,成功自然是人人嚮往的目標,不過失敗例子絕 非完全不存在。或許只是被輕描淡寫、只是鮮少深入探討,但從失敗中汲取的經 驗肯定是非常寶貴。 上市產品召回對企業來說絕對是不容易能做出的決定,這當中付出的外部與 內部、有形與無形的成本,甚至也難以被估算。如何能避免錯誤發生而穩健地走 在成功的道路上,相信是每個企業、每個人所共同追求的。 近幾年產品策略與專案管理成為顯學,資訊技術快速發展下各式各樣的新創 意紛紛萌發,規劃與執行的兩種角色如何相互作用將想法實體化成為實務與理論 都積極探討的議題。 從求職網站裡頭可以發現在各行各業都存在著為數不少“PM”職缺,通常指 的就是代表產品規劃的產品經理 (Product Manager) 與負責專案管理的專案經理(Project Manager) 兩個職務,這兩者實際上就分別代表著規劃與執行的角色。 本研究透過個案佐以實務經驗,藉此探討這兩派理論以及“PM”角色。最後 從研究得到結論說明了無非是從哪一個面向,產品策略與專案管理並不能作為獨 立項目切分開來,倘若走在單一分支上都是很容易招致失敗,唯有相互作用才能 推出成功的產品。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAs the saying goes, “Failure is the mother of success” . The success is certainly as a goal that everyone aspires to, how to avoid mistakes and stay on the path to success is a common pursuit for every company and person. Going public with a product recall is definitely not an easy decision to a company. The visible and invisible costs involved may be difficult to estimate. Product strategy and project management have become the subject of study in recent years. With the rapid development of information technology, a variety of new ideas have sprung up, and the interaction between the two roles has become an issue that is actively explored in both real world and theory. We can find there are many “PM” vacancies in various industries, which usually refer the duties of “Product Manager” representing product planning and “Project Manager” responsible for project management. In fact, they represent the roles of planning and execution respectively. The conclusion for this study shows that product strategy and project management cannot be separated as different topics, and we learned that it is easy to fail if you just go in one branch of them. Only by interacting with each other well can lead successful projects be launched.en_US
