| dc.description.abstract | 2019 年12 月中國武漢爆發了COVID-19(Coronavirus Disease-2019)疫情，由於COVID-19 疫情以驚人的速度在全球造成極大規模的災情。為了防止疫情的持續擴散，超過80 個以上的國家陸續執行了邊境管制政策，同時各國為了降低疫情對國內經濟的重大影響而採取量化寬鬆政策。
為了探討上述兩個政策所產生的問題對台灣鑄造業的影響程度，本研究採用個案
研究法，以SWOT 分析及BCG 矩陣分析個案公司的現況與所採取的因應策略。經本研究發現，個案公司早在2017 年起就針對所處產業可能會面臨到的趨勢或問題，加速轉型升級及多角化的經營策略。雖然個案公司2020 年上半年仍受到COVID-19 疫情的影響，但憑藉著提早展開的策略規劃得以在下半年迅速調整因應，導致2020 年整年度的合併營收雖較2019 年略減，但2020 年的每股盈餘反較2019 年更高。而個案公司的因應策略及經營成效，相信可提供同業做為未來規劃公司策略時的參考方向。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | The COVID-19(Coronavirus Disease-2019) outbreak in Wuhan, China, in December 2019 resulted in a very large-scale disaster worldwide. To prevent the continued spread of the epidemic, more than 80 countries have implemented border control policies, while countries have adopted quantitative easing to reduce the significant impact of the outbreak on the domestic economy.
To explore the extent to which the problems arising from these two policies affect the foundry industry in Taiwan, this study uses case studies to analyze the status of case company and the response strategies adopted using SWOT analysis and BCG matrix analysis. As a result of this study, case company may face trends or problems in their industries as early as 2017 to accelerate their transformation and upgrading and multi-corner business strategies. Although the company in the case was still affected by the COVID-19 epidemic in the first half of 2020, it was able to quickly adjust its response in the second half of the year due to the strategic planning that was launched earlier. Equity earnings are higher than in 2019. In response to the strategy and operational effectiveness of the case company, I believe they can provide the industry as a reference direction for planning the company′s strategy in the future. | en_US |
