dc.description.abstract冷拌再生瀝青混凝土因有明顯強度隨時間增強之趨勢,該材料於生產後之時效性相較於其他材料更為明顯,甚至進而影響其強度發展及工作性,國內「冷拌再生瀝青混凝土」暫行版規範規定,工程品管需現場取樣送至實驗室進行成效試驗檢驗,因此對於該材料於生產至壓實前之儲存管制時間與壓實後強度之探討有其必要性,有助於該材料使用於鋪面工程上之品質控制。本研究目的為探討冷拌再生乳化瀝青混凝土於臺灣地區所能儲存之時間,蒐集臺灣地區氣候資料作為依據模擬儲存環境,並分別調整配比水泥含量與儲存方式(是否允許水分蒸發),最後藉由馬歇爾穩定值試驗與滯留強度評估冷拌再生乳化瀝青混凝土儲存時間對於成效試驗影響。由本研究試驗結果得知,添加0.5水泥之混和料於強度方面,允許水分蒸發之儲存方式(以下稱開放式儲存)在僅儲存12小時強度即有顯著下降,而在不允許水分蒸發儲存方式(以下稱密封式儲存)可維持乾養護穩定值約3天,以及滯留強度約12小時,在相同儲存天數下,密封式儲存強度皆高於開放式儲存強度,且滯留強度亦有此現象;工作性方面,以SGC旋轉壓實進行模擬壓實,在少量水分(約混和料重之0.5%)蒸發下,水分對工作性無顯著影響,而儲存7天後,工作性有顯著下降趨勢。綜合以上所述,於臺灣地區現場取樣進行實驗室成效試驗,建議將混和料密封儲存並擠壓出空氣,置於陰涼處避免日照,12小時內送至實驗室壓實試體,避免與現場混和料狀態差異過大。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractCold-mix recycled asphalt concrete has an obvious tendency to develop its strength over time. Hence, the timeliness for this material after production is more crucial than the others. Taiwan regulates the in situ mixture should be sampled and tested in the lab. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the relationship between the storage time before compaction and the strength after compaction. It helps the quality control of this material in pavement engineering. The object of this research is to explore the storage time of cold recycled mixtures with emulsified cold-mix recycled asphalt in Taiwan. Storage conditions are simulated based on the climate data of Taiwan. Different cement content and storage type is selected (whether moisture allows evaporation or not). The performance effect of cold recycled mixtures using emulsified asphalt after storage for a while is carried out by Marshall stability test and Retained Strength Index. According to the laboratory results, both Marshall Stability and Retained Marshall Stability are significantly decreased after storing for 12 hours in open storage environment which allows water to evaporate. In a sealed storage environment that restricts water evaporate, it can maintain its Marshall Stability performance for about 3 days. After storing for 12 hours can still fit the standard requirement for Retained Marshall Stability. For Marshall Stability and Retained Marshall Stability, a sealed storage environment is always better than an open storage environment during the same storage duration. As for workability, Superpave Gyratory Compactor (SGC) is used to simulate compaction. The little amount of water (about 0.5% of the mixture weight) evaporates shows no significant effect on workability. However, the workability obviously decreases after storing for 7 days, including a sealed storage environment and open storage environment. In summary, sampled mixture should be sealed stored and remove air as much as possible while avoiding the sunlight. Besides, the mixture should be compacted in the laboratory within 12 hours to ensure the mixture’s performance data in the laboratory won’t differ from the field.en_US
