| dc.description.abstract | 因應國家國防自主之政策下，配合國防相關裝備建設投入相應之
設施工程衍生大量工程案件執行，委託工程顧問公司或建築師事務所
執行監造作業，工程案大量增加在工程品質管理上產生許多缺失及管
理不善之情形透過本研究找到缺失原因研擬出相關精進作為。
本研究統計工程會 110 至 111 年等共 8 季之工程查核統計資料分
析監造單位在品管制度面上之缺失並比對其它文獻於品質制度管理
面上之缺失做比較，透過問卷設計調查缺失由受訪者回饋之問卷結果
了解缺失方向並將研擬之精進作為內容經由焦點訪談問卷確認可行
性。
本研究統計顯示監造廠商於品質制度管理之缺失集中在監造計
畫內容及施工品質管理作業要點十一、項工作內容，並將統計之品質
管理制度最常發生前 10 名缺失，並比對其它論文重覆出現之缺失為
未訂定各材料/設備及施工之品質管理標準或未符合需求、無抽查施
工作業及抽驗材料設備，並填具抽查(驗)紀錄表，或製作材料設備檢
（試）驗管制總表管控，或判讀認可，或落實執行及無填報監造報表，
或未落實紀載等缺失項目應納入改善重點，本研究研擬之 10 項精進
作為經過焦點訪談問卷統計均取得同意以上之回覆有其可行性，冀望
對監造廠商管理有所助益改善監造廠商品質制度管理上之提升。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | In response to the national national defense independent policy, a
large number of engineering cases have been generated to cooperate with
the construction of national defense-related equipment to invest in
corresponding facilities, entrust engineering consulting companies or
architects to perform supervision operations, and the large number of
engineering cases has caused many deficiencies and poor management in
engineering quality management. Through this study, find out the reasons
for the deficiencies and develop relevant improvement actions.
In this study, the statistics project will analyze the deficiencies of the
quality control system of the supervision unit in 8 seasons, including 110
and 111, and compare the deficiencies of other documents on the quality
system management. Through the questionnaire design, the lack of
investigation, the questionnaire results returned by the interviewees to
understand the direction of the deficiencies, and the refinement of the
research as the content, confirm the feasibility through the focus interview
questionnaire.
The statistics of this study show that the deficiencies of the quality
system management of the supervisory manufacturer are concentrated in

the content of the supervision plan and the key points of construction
quality management. Missing items such as failure to fill in the supervision
report, or failure to implement records should be included in the focus of
improvement. The 10 refinements proposed in this study are feasible as
answers that have been agreed upon through focus interview questionnaire
statistics. It is hoped that it will be helpful to the management of
supervisors and improve the quality system management of
