dc.description.abstract本論文研究零邊框顯示器的背光模組設計並品味優化,製程技術探討。針對目前背光模組直下式光源零邊框進行研究,將目前趨近於零的邊框設計佔屏比推升至近於100%。將傳統不透光的膠框結構,改為可出光的透明材質進而達到無邊框的效果。在研究的過程中,使用Light tools來進行光學模擬分析找出最佳參數,設計出一個有效的透明膠框結構並經由擴散板的網點來調整且優化整體畫面品味。結果顯示,背光模組邊緣1mm燈上輝度達到畫面內的47.2101%,邊緣1mm燈間輝度達到畫面內的45.4335%,進而達成零邊框視覺效果。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis paper studies design and optimization of backlight module of the zero border display, and process technology. Research on the current zero frame of the direct back- lit light source of the backlight module, and push t the screen ration of current zero frame to nearly 100%. Change the traditional opaque plastic frame structure to a transparent material that can emit light to achieve a borderless effect. In the process of research, use Light tools to perform optical simulation analysis in order to find the best parameters, and design an effective transparent plastic frame structure and optimize the overall picture taste through the adjustment of the light guide pattern. The results indicate that the curve of the brightness on the 1mm lamp at the edge of the backlight module reaches 47.2101% in the screen, and the brightness between the 1mm lights at the edge reaches 45.4335% in the screen, thereby achieving a zero-frame visual effect.en_US
