| dc.description.abstract | 2020年6月美國國際貿易委員會（United States International Trade Commission, ITC）以及美國商務部（U.S. Department of Commerce, DOC）正式啟動對泰國、南韓、台灣及越南輸美的乘用車胎及輕卡車胎展開反傾銷調查，並於2021年5月公布反傾銷終裁結果，台灣輪胎公司被處以較高的反傾銷稅率；本研究將探討此次美國啟動反傾銷調查及台灣被裁定高稅率之原因，並找尋各輪胎公司受影響程度不同之差異點，最後給予輪胎產業適點建議，營運方面：積極了解反傾銷制度、建立反傾銷預警機制、發展多元化產品及提高產品附加價值；在策略布局方面：利用本研究所分析反傾銷調查的原因，收集相關數據，提前做好策略布局規劃，以期避開貿易摩擦。 | zh_TW |
