dc.description.abstract | Due to the fierce competition in the information manufacturing industry and the rapid upgrading, the work pressure is high, and the working hours are longer than other manufacturing industries. The lack of labor has made it difficult for many companies to start manufacturing production units in Taiwan. However, most of the research on the employment of young people is to discuss the ways and attitudes of young people′s mentality and growth environment that lead to their work, not to understand their work needs from the perspective of young people, and the use theory (Jobs-to- Be-done Theory) is a point of view that starts from customer needs, finds the theory of their needs in an easy-to-understand way, and then defines the direction of products or services according to customer needs. Therefore, this research is discussed through the theoretical needs framework of use; the research method is mainly based on in-depth interviews, supplemented by literature review, interviewing 8 young people under the age of 30, to understand the situation of young people′s daily life and work needs, and inductively analyze the situation. The Functional Jobs, Emotional Jobs, Social Jobs, and the three needs of the relationship person, and extract the results expected by young people in the job market, and screen the recipients. Visit the projects that young people value to understand the ideal employment environment for young people. | en_US |
