dc.description.abstract在承接政府專案時,傳統製造業常缺乏專案管理流程和工具,難以有效監控專案進度和成本。由於缺乏明確的進度目標和成本管制,導致專案執行過程中容易出現延遲和預算超支等問題,導致專案效益不彰。這些問題可能會影響公司聲譽和利潤,也可能會影響與政府部門的關係。為了解決這些問題,專案管理標準流程的建置是非常重要。這包括確定專案管理流程的各個步驟、培養專案管理人員的能力、選擇合適的專案管理工具和技術等。專案管理標準流程不僅能夠提高專案執行的效率和品質,還可以讓公司在執行專案時更加穩定和可持續。 因此本研究旨在探討建立專案管理標準流程的步驟,以及專案管理能力成熟度發展模式,幫助公司了解自己專案管理能力不足之處,逐步提高專案管理能力,並實現在專案執行中更加順利並達成目標。此外,本研究將以個案公司為例,檢討專案執行過程中在時程、成本和品質管理上所發生的問題,然後根據個案公司實例,實施專案時程規劃步驟,檢視實施成果是否對專案執行有所幫助,並提供給尚未建立專案管理流程的公司作為邁向專案管理的第一步參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractTraditional manufacturing industries often lack project management processes and tools when undertaking government projects, making it difficult to effectively monitor project progress and costs. Due to the lack of clear progress goals and cost control, problems such as delays and budget overruns can easily occur during project execution, leading to ineffective project outcomes. These issues may affect a company′s reputation and profits, as well as its relationship with government departments. To solve these problems, it is essential to establish standard project management processes, including identifying each step of the project management process, developing project management skills among personnel, and selecting suitable project management tools and technologies. Standard project management processes not only enhance project execution efficiency and quality, but also enable companies to operate projects in a stable and sustainable manner. Therefore, this study aims to explore the steps involved in establishing standard project management processes, as well as the development model for project management capability maturity, to assist companies in identifying areas where their project management capabilities are lacking and gradually improving these capabilities to achieve smoother project execution and reach project goals. Additionally, this study will use a case study company to review problems that occurred during project execution in terms of schedule, cost, and quality management, and then implement a project schedule planning step based on the case study company, to examine whether the implementation results are helpful for project execution, and provide reference for companies that have not yet established project management processes as a first step towards project management.en_US
