dc.description.abstract失語症是一種語言障礙,通常由中風引起,影響全球數百萬人。 zh_TW
Aphasia, a language disorder often caused by stroke, affects millions of people worldwide. This study proposes an innovative system integrating repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), virtual reality (VR), and physiological monitoring for the treatment and assessment of aphasia. The aim is to evaluate the synergistic effects of combining rTMS with VR-based language training, using physiological data as an auxiliary assessment tool. It is expected that rTMS will activate brain regions, while VR training enhances and extends therapeutic effects. A total of 24 participants were involved in this experiment: 16 aphasia patients were randomly assigned to the experimental group and control group A, while 8 healthy participants formed control group B. Five VR-based modules were developed, with four assessment modules for evaluating language abilities and one intervention module for enhancing language skills. The randomized controlled trial results indicate that combining rTMS and VR has potential in improving language abilities. Task performance and physiological data provided validation and interpretation of therapeutic effects, as well as preliminary auxiliary assessment. This approach aims to offer a more comprehensive and effective treatment for aphasia, with the potential for more personalized intelligent therapy in the future.en_US
