It is better to use condensation different carbon , example triethyl orthoformate and 1,1,3,3-tetramethoxypropane to cyanine dye .It will make wavelength extends more than 600nm.Then changing solvent to increase boiling point and to reduce reaction time is also one of this experimental object.
Because the quinoline are so sensitive to light that it easily becomes light , it more use overexposure discolor . This experiment only uses composed method of methyl derivative and combing of spectrum absorption to research .All compound in acid and alkali solution can be depended on changing of light absorption.
