dc.description.abstract在現今高度競爭的環境中,製造業公司為了生存下來並且提高市場佔有率,必須在更短的時間內,提供更好、成本更低、更便宜的產品給消費者。為了達成這個目標,自動化的生產流程是必需的。自動化的生產線不僅使得產品品質穩定,並且降低產品的人事成本,同時它的生產速度也是人工無法比擬的,可以在短時間內提供市場大量的產品。在這個研究中,我們發展了兩套電腦視覺檢測系統用來將生產流程自動化。第一套是晶片電感的視覺檢測系統,可由產品外觀檢查其品質。第二套是鞋模的視覺檢測系統,用來自動於隨意放置的鞋模上繪製車縫線。這兩套系統都可以輕易的和其他的系統結合形成自動化的生產線。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn the highly competitive environment, a company should provide better performance, lower cost, and lower price products in shorter time to survive and win more share of the market. The automation of the manufacturing processes is essential to achieve this goal. The automated production line makes the quality of products more stable than which made by human workers and sometimes lower the cost to manufacture products. It is undoubtedly faster than humans, thus it can provide more products in shorter time. In this research, we developed two visual inspection systems for manufacturing process. The first one is the visual inspection of chip inductors, which is to check the quality of chip inductors from the appearance. The second one is the visual inspection of shoe patterns, which is to print the sewing lines on random placed shoe patterns in right position and direction. Both of the two systems can be combined into the production line to automate the whole manufacturing process.en_US
