| dc.description.abstract | 本研究從資訊系統與組織互動的觀點，探討跨組織資訊系統的導入對組織權力結構可能造成的影響。本研究認為，為了使組織生存和繁榮，企業的管理者必須更深刻的了解這些資訊系統所扮演的角色和可能帶來的改變，才能更精確的掌握跨組織資訊系統所帶來的優勢。
然而由於過去缺乏相關的研究，造成我們沒有辦法對跨組織資訊系統導入的影響做出合理的解釋與預測。於是，本研究便以發展理論為目標，試圖提出一個理論架構，用來說明跨組織資訊系統造成組織權力改變的過程。
藉由文獻的探討、理論的推導，本研究將跨組織資訊系統分成「合作工具」與「策略武器」兩種角色，並認為不同角色的跨組織資訊系統，對於組織權力結構變化會有不同的影響。本研究以參與「資訊業電子化計劃」的企業為研究對象，包括康柏電腦、誠洲電子以及華通電腦。並以這些企業導入的電子化供應鏈管理系統為研究單元。
研究結果發現，所觀察到的實徵資料相當程度地支持本研究所提出的理論架構。本研究認為權力策略的行使程度是導致資訊系統扮演不同角色的主因，而扮演「合作工具」角色的跨組織資訊系統對於組織間的權力結構趨向平衡狀態有正面的影響。
本研究在本質上為探索性的研究，在未來亟需更進一步的探測，以彌補本研究的不足之處。本研究期待能提供後續學者新的一個思考方向並做為實務界人士規劃跨組織資訊系統時的參考。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | From IT/organization intercation’’s view, this study discusses the issue of the potential effect in interorganizational power structure by implementing IOS. By dividing the roles of IOS into ＂Cooperational Tool＂ and ＂Strategical Weapon＂, we rethink the issue and develop a theoretical structure to try to explain how interorganizational power structure will cahnge by IOS.
This study is a case study in the Plan A and Plan B in Taiwan. After the study, we find IOS played the role in ＂Cooperational Tool＂ will make the interorganizational power structure tends towards the balance state. | en_US |
