本篇論文是以提供新的發光二極體之設計為出發點,並在提供新設計的過程中去分析計算,了解指叉型LED 之優點與缺點並加以分析,建立出一個計算各種不同設計之發光二極體之模型,以其在未來能將此模型應用到各種新設計之發光二極體上.
在本論文的前半是以計算的方式去了解指叉型LED的發光效率與省電程度,再後半則實際的製作出了此LED,最後則將此兩種結果互相比較.了解理論於實作的差異. | zh_TW |
