| dc.description.abstract | 自1978年中國大陸進行經濟改革開放後，台資企業對中國大陸累積投資金額占台灣政府核准對外投資國家中的第一位，高達38%以上。若再加上企業透過第三、四地等管道轉投資中國大陸者，則比率將超過50%以上，可見大陸化程度過深。但是現今的中國大陸無疑是全球最適合量產的地方，更是除了美國之外，另一個世界經濟引擎。全球企業前進中國之趨勢，台資企業自然也無法置身事外。
為了避免台灣資金外流大陸日益惡化，等同於「把雞蛋放在同一個籃子裡」的情形發生。本研究試圖去尋求除了台灣資金來源之外，是否有其他可行的籌資管道?如何利用?以及是否有成功的企業可以借鏡?以提供大陸台資企業參考。
本研究將目前中國大陸台資企業使用之籌資管道，包括台灣銀行業的國際金融業務分行(Offshore Banking Unit；OBU)、大陸中資銀行、大陸外資銀行、大陸境內證券市場、大陸境外證券（新加坡證券市場及香港證券市場）等籌資管道進行比較分析，並以個案研究方式進行分析各項籌資管道之利弊得失。
研究中發現，台資企業短期營運資金融通部份可透過台灣銀行業的國際金融業務分行(Offshore Banking Unit；OBU)較易取得資金融通；其次是大陸中資銀行；在長期固定資產資金需求或長期業務發展所需的資金部份，可藉由境外上市方式達到取得長期資金的目的。特別是香港證券市場，對於大陸台資企業而言，除了可達到資金來源國際化外，對打開國際知名度也有相當助益，是一個可以滿足財務及公關等集資動機的全球性資金調度中心。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Since 1978, the revolution of economics was preceded in the Mainland China. The accumulated investment amount to China from Taiwan’s corporations is the first of all countries, which are authorized to invest by the government of Taiwan. Today, except for America, the Mainland China is the best place to produce goods in great scale. Taiwan’s corporations also have to catch the trend and go forward to China.
This article try to find some solutions in order to avoid the situation that Taiwan’s capital flows to China is getting worse. Are there any other ways to finance? How to use it? Maybe this article can provide some reference to corporations of Taiwan.
This article find that corporations of Taiwan can get short-term operating capital by OBU of Taiwan’s bank or by China’s bank. They can also get long-term capital by IPO in foreign countries, especially the security market of Hong Kong. It not only provides the demand of capital to a corporation but also make the firm to become a famous one. | en_US |
