dc.description.abstract	本研究是開發出流程簡化、系統整合的SPC軟體，改善一般商用SPC軟體系統龐大、操作複雜的缺點。本軟體使用簡單、常見的Access資料庫為基礎，結合VB.NET的技術，將檢測資料作有系統的管理，以資料庫的資料作管制圖分析及製程能力分析，並在此架構下發展系統整合之技術。系統整合主要分為流程簡化及資料整合，使用流程設定以達到流程簡化；藉由以零件為核心的資料群體之規劃，建立各資料間完整的關連性，以達到資料整合。以流程簡化及資料整合達到系統整合的目的。	zh_TW
dc.description.abstract	This Research developed SPC software which is simple procedure and integrated data, to improve defect of SPC software which is huge system and complicated Operation. The software, this research developed, is using simple and common database, Access, and is combining technology of VB.NET. It can manage measurement data systematically, and using data of database to be Control Chart Analysis and Process Capability Analysis. In the frame, the research is developed technology of integrated system. Two parts of technology of integrated system are simple procedure and integrated data. Using procedure setup to achieve the technology of simple procedure, and using parts of data group setup to build full relation of data, and to achieve the technology of integrated data.	en_US
