dc.description.abstract本研究改良新型勞工總暴露劑量警報器之使用者介面,使使用者更能一目了然的知曉勞工現行所在的位置,並且經由查詢資料庫的動作,即可得知勞工各個區域的停留時間,在現場進行採樣的部分,本系統利用華碩生產的無線AP以取代網路線傳遞資料,這樣可以減少研究人員在工廠架設儀器上的困難度。在實驗室進行測試後,進行現場的實測現場實測的結果顯示,在時間活動模式調查的部分,於A廠中,本儀器記錄所得的勞工工作停留時間與研究人員眼睛觀察所得的時間,將兩者做回歸分析後,其r2為介於0.92~0.99之間,可知兩者相關性屬高度相關,經本研究實場驗證顯示新型勞工個人總暴露劑量警報器可以取代人工觀察之方法來進行勞工時間活動模式之調查。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this study, two field tests, both tape manufactures,have been conducted to verify the performance of the Exposure-based Personal Alarm System(or EPAS) under real world situations. The EPAS can continuously identify worker’s position by building infrared communication channels between client transmitters and host stations. Once a host station receives worker’s ID, it sends the ID number, along with local chemical concentration, back to a server through local area network(LAN). Unlike the laboratory environment where connecting devices through wired LAN is relatively easy, we used a miniature wireless access point from ASUSTek Computer Inc. in the factories for data transmissions to minimize the effort of connecting host devices. In the field studies, selected workers were asked to put client transmitters on the wrest and students who also ware transmitters were assigned to observe and record worker’s activities in several predefined area. The results from both sites showed no significant differences between data reported by direct observations and those measured by the EPAS system (R2>0.92). The success of both field studies indicated that the EPAS can be used in real working environments.en_US
