| dc.description.abstract | 「工業安全與衛生」是一門科學與藝術，國內業界及大陸台商對於廣大之勞工大眾均應致力於該方面之認知、評估及控制工作場所存在的或發生的環境因素或壓力，而如何防止工作場所危害因素的產生，分配適性的工作予工作者，及早發現與工作有關的疾病，此乃本論文研究之主要課題。
在國際普遍重視勞工安全與衛生的同時，台灣中小型企業，仍有因未依規定或未正視工業安全衛生等情事，肇致人員傷亡，釀成家庭悲劇，不僅造成員工家庭生活頓時陷入困頓，亦增加社會成本。
本研究藉由A公司「作業流程所遇工安問題」探討，尋求合於國內或大陸台商工廠安全、衛生及正確之作業模式；並對科技產品翻修及零附件製造過程遭遇之工安問題，提出解決方案，以維護勞工安全，增進工作效能。 | zh_TW |
