| dc.description.abstract | 數位化資訊的取得因資訊科技網路的發展而傳播相當快速，當今CD/DVD數位光碟的製作與取得越來越容易,但相關保護與權利的控管等機制出現很大的危機，例如DVD影音光碟數位保護的三大保護包括RPC區碼播放控制、CSS內容編碼系統及APS類比保護系統均被破解，而且不論是檔案加密，邏輯性壞軌，超大假文件都已無法抵擋現代的破解技術及整張複製的非法動作，因此本研究即針對防止DVD影音光碟合法購買又非法使用的問題，利用DRM機制與網路技術相結合而提出數位影音光碟保護的作法，這都是產生DRM數位版權管理(Digital Rights Management)的問題。
本論文提出的方法，首先在DVD光碟內圈起動區(boots)的Lead-in導入區加入密碼及版權，經母版射出成型之DVD數位影音光碟，就已具備密碼及版權之保護，之後在消費者使用具有安全機制之播放軟體播放DVD光碟前，播放軟體會讀取Smart card內儲存的金鑰來解密DVD影音與版權資料，並且和DRM數位版權管理伺服器內儲存的版權資料加以比對及驗證以達到合法使用的目的，所有的驗證動作透過加密網路進行，換句話說消費者透過影音播放軟體之使用者介面，能夠安全地在線上登入並取得隨機加密(Random Encryption )金鑰。因電影業者利用XrML語法製作數位版權認證並註冊版權授權及將媒體檔案加密，因此，配合此隨機加密金鑰及網路線上檢查授權作法，我們的方法可以做到DVD影音資料保護的目的。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | As high-speed network to accelerate access the digitize of information cause by Information Technology of network development，because the CD/DVD disc to make and access are very easily，but the related of DVD movie copyrights and protection methodology control has crisis，such as the RPC (Region Protect Control)、CSS (Content Scramble System) and APS (Analog Protect System) of the DVD movie protection has been crack，also whatever the files encryption、bad track of logicality and huge fake files can not be resist the illegal of crack technology and duplicated the DVD disc，therefore our research to aimed and avoid illegal using DVD movie using issue，to exploit the DRM (Digital Rights Management) with Network technology for DVD movie protection。
To bring our research of method，it may lead cipher and copyrights add on lead-in of boots area on inner of DVD disc while LBR (Logical Beam Records) in DVD disc manufacture，after completed DVD movie disc made by Stamper，the DVD movie has cipher and copyrights protect function in inner disc，the user has to using the DVD Client players software with safety function to play DVD movie，and DVD player software will access cipher key from Smart card to decrypt DVD movie and right information，also the remote server will compare and authenticate the rights information in DRM system for legal using by user，all of the authenticate go through network under cipher environment，which means the user can be safety online register and log-in to access Random encryption key under DRM Client Network of DVD players software。The movie company can be use XrML language to make digital right certification and encrypt the certification,，therefore our research can be DVD movie disc work under random encrypt key and online copyrights check for DVD movie protection | en_US |
