dc.description.abstract | Wherein the age, technology grows in rapid speed and information goes swiftly, enterprises encounter hourly market switches and strong thrust of competition. To sustain and grow, extending employee capability appears as an important strategy. In many companies, traditional face-to-face training model can no longer satisfy needs of employees at different levels. To target training purpose in business, improving learning efficiency by adopting new technologies and learning models has grown to be a trend. Many researches were also drawn to this area.
Most of the web-based learning systems are applied with one target course structure with few integrated learning plans. The web-based learning system “EduClasses IV”, constructed by this research laboratory, is integrated with business strategies, employees’ requirements and tools that provide for interactive communication between sides of student and teacher. To arrive at business training purpose and that of employee self-learning, at the planning and implementation, it was found that participation of leadership and incentive learning program are recommended.
The research shows the performance of student using web-based learning scores higher than in traditional face-to-face training. Interview of the system on its integrated learning plan also gives positive remarks on business training management. And interactive learning tools are aids to self-learning. However, it was also found in the research that by adopting this learning platform, individuals felt lonely and isolated with other trainees and instructors. This research is expected to provide for business as reference to the application of web-based learning platform, through which it extends the manpower of the business to strive with market competition, sustain and grow. | en_US |
