dc.description.abstract位移量測在結構健全性評估時之極為關鍵。本論文探討了CCD和PSD兩種光學感測元件在結構動態位移量測之可行性,並開發製作了一套使用雷射作為不動參考基準之非接觸式動態位移量測系統,依據雷射光在移動之PSD元件上所擊發之位置可快速而精準地量得目標位置之動態變位。目前所開發之系統之解析度為0.001mm,且可量測15kHz之動態反應,由實驗室及現地測試的結果可知,本研究所開發之系統具有極佳之工程應用潛力。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractDisplacement measurement is an essential work for the structural health evaluation. In this thesis, the feasibility of using the Charge-Coupled Device (CCD) and Position Sensitive Detector (PSD) to measure the dynamic displacement of structure is evaluated. A non-contact optical measurement device is developed by using a laser beam as a steady reference to trigger sensing points on a moving 2D PSD plate. The resolution of the PSD device is 0.001 mm and the dynamic response can reach to 15 KHz. Laboratory and field testing results demonstrate this laser optical displacement measurement device has great potential on engineering applications.en_US
