dc.description.abstract本研究以印刷電路板業為例,研究「水回收再利用之經濟效益」,主要是要回收製程上的清洗水,但印刷電路板的製造流程多樣化且複雜,若真正要涵括到各種產品的製造流程可能會太複雜,所以在這裡以某實廠為例來作探討,擬定出各種可行的方案,所選擇的廢水來源是製程的酸性清洗水,其中含有大量的銅離子,處理完後水擬再回到製程上使用,銅離子經電解回收金屬銅,因此所選用的處理設備有活性碳吸附、離子交換樹脂及電解回收設備,接著估算出設備容量的需求多大,並分析各成本,最後以工程經濟學的學理來進行方案的成本分析與可行性分析,選出最佳可行方案。 就本研究最後結果可知,增設的系統若是處理效率可以維持在80%以上的話,方案三(增設離子交換樹脂及電解回收設備)是最好的方案,而且方案三不僅可以回收清洗水與金屬銅,對提升製程回收率、減廢與永續發展都有很大的幫助。 在工程經濟分析中的變數,需要確實的求證與追蹤,並隨時更新最新的數字,如此才能在進行評估的過程得到一個最客觀的結果,比如說利率與初設成本是會變動的,若不隨時更新,可能就影響判斷的準確性。 工程經濟的分析若是可以將環境成本因素與風險因素都量化,並考量進來的話,那麼整體的架構會更完整,得到的結果會更具有說服力。 印刷電路板業仍有許多水回收再利用的方案,如放流水回收再利用、雨水回收再利用等,但是這些方案需要不同的處理方式,用途也不同,當然也會產生經濟效益,所以當要投資這些方案的時候,也可以先經過工程經濟的分析,判定可不可行。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study examines the economic benefits of water reclamation in printedcircuit board (PCB) industry. Due to the complexity production processes in PCB manufacturing, only acid washing water, which contains abundant cupric ions, was considered to be reclaimed here. The reclaimed water can be returned to the manufacture processes and cupric ions can be collected. The reclamation processes considered in the study are electrolysis, ionic exchange, and activated carbon adsorption. After analyzing capacity as well as capital and operation costs of each system, the optimum solution was found by capital and feasibility analysis using engineering economics. The results showed that if the reclamation efficiency can be maintained at least 80%, method III (addition of ion exchange and activated carbon adsorption processes) is the best solution for it does not only reclaim water and reduce the amount cupric sludge, but also recycle copper and sustain the environmental development.en_US
