dc.description.abstract病毒辨認在近年來成為越來越重要的一個議題。SARS在很多國家散佈而且造成了重大的傷亡,也讓全世界不敢忽視病毒的威脅性。一個能快速辨認病毒的系統能將損失降到最低並有效的控制它們。在我們設計的系統當中,我們能在合理的時間內,產生少數獨特或非獨特的探針來判斷病毒屬於分類之屬或種,並提供探針之相關資訊給予病理學家利用於微陣列晶片實驗當中。而且我們的系統提供了網頁的形式供全世界使用者使用。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractVirus identification becomes an important issue in recent years. The SARS spreads out in many countries and causes great death of humans. It lets all the people in this world don’t neglect the threat of virus. A knowledge-based system that can identify virus in a short time is needed. In the proposed system, we generate several unique or non-unique probes to identify viruses in a reasonable time. We identify the virus that belongs to which species or genus. The system provides related information about probes for virologists to use in microarray experiment. Our system provides a web interface for users to design genus probes online.en_US
