dc.description.abstract本論文提出以偏振干涉術之旋光效應及葡萄糖濃度量測系統,我們成功的量測出偏振旋轉角,再經由偏振旋轉角和葡萄糖濃度之關係,取得葡萄糖液體之正確濃度值。 在系統中,我們加入適當相位延遲角之相位延遲波片,可使系統量測靈敏度大幅提升。解相位部份,採用偏振片於0°、90°、45°及-45°使訊號呈兩兩正交,最後再經由訊號擷取卡及Labview程式做反正切函數動作,得出偏振旋轉角之相位變化量。 此系統最大優點為成本低廉,使用元件皆採用常見之光學元件,如B.S.、偏振片、相位延遲波片、四分之一波片及檢光器。實驗之呂薩加圓長寛比例為26,換算成相位對應偏振旋轉角之斜率為57,系統解析度為0.35。 經由實驗結果分析,本系統靈敏度為0.0197 (deg/mg/dl),偏振旋轉角解析度為3.5×10-4 degree,換算濃度值為1.6×10-2 (mg/dl)。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractA polarization interferometer for measurement of optical rotation and concentration glucose system is presented. The thesis focuses on the development and test of a polarization interferometer for measuring optical rotation. The optical rotation angle variation can be detected by measuring the phase difference of two orthogonal circularly polarized waves. By means of placing a phase retarder into polarization interferometer, the measuring resolution of optical rotation and concentration of glucose liquid improved. With this system, the sensitivity is about 0.0197 (deg/mg/dl) when the phase retardation of the phase-variable wave plate is 178 degree. The measurement of optical rotation angle of glucose solution with resolution of 3.5×10-4 degree can be achieved, corresponding to concentration resolution of 1.6×10-2 (mg/dl).en_US
