dc.description.abstract剛性鋪面具有較佳之承載能力,目前國內機場鋪面多以剛性鋪面為主,如松山機場、中正機場等皆已啟用多年,將屆使用年限,因此道面已呈現老化現象,例如道面出現汲水冒漿、抗滑力降低、版塊斷裂、版塊下陷產生段差、版塊之邊、角碎裂、伸縮縫條脫落等情況,鑒於以往維修成效並不理想,維修頻率高,間接影響機場營運,為改進機場道面之維修品質,減少維修頻率,提升道面服務水準,確保飛航安全,本研究係針對機場滑行道及停機坪等剛性道面最常見之邊、角破裂之部分深度維修,選擇六種不同的維修材料,依其材料特性與道面狀況配合植筋加勁及未植筋兩種工法,進行現場實際試作,運用敲擊回音法、超音波等檢測儀器榔頭敲擊和現場目視等進行成果檢測,並運用統計方法,分析比對檢測成果,以實際驗證維修材料及維修工法之成果。 維修成效的良竅,不僅需要選擇適合的維修材料,正確的維修工法與施工程序,尚須有施工人員的全力配合,再好的材料與工法,若因施工人員的疏忽或未按各種維修材料標準施工程序施工,往往是造成維修失敗的主因,施工人員技術與態度等,關係到維修成果好壞,因此施工前應對材料、機具、施工技術及人員訓練等做好各項事前準備工作,以確保維修成果。 研究結果顯示滑行道,道面的維修效果1.材料效果:複合水泥≈一般混凝土>硬質環氧樹脂≈無收縮水泥≈軟質環氧樹脂>早強混凝土,其中硬質環氧樹脂 > 軟質環氧樹脂,2.長寬比效果: 長寬比(<=1.5) > 長寬比(>1.5),3.植筋效果: 有植筋 > 未植筋,4.維修深度效果: 深度(>14cm) > 深度(<=14cm)。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractRigid pavement possesses better loading capacity. On the current time, most of the domestic airports, for example Song-san Airport and Chung Kai-Shek Airport, adopted rigid-paving construction. These airports have operated for many years. The safe operative tenure is nearly due. Thus the pavement have showed worn-out signs, such as puming, faulting, skid-resistance, sides and corners disintegration, and joint seal damage etc. In the past years the effect of maintenance is far from perfect. The frequent maintaining work directly affected the operation of the airports. In order to improve the maintenance quality, lower down the maintaining frequency, and ensure the flight safety, this study designs a new scene operation program in Chung Kai-Shek Airport. It focuses on the partial depth repairing of corner and side cracks for the taxiway and apron concrete slabs. Six repairing materials and a cable wire reinforced technique were studied. The apparatus of Echo-Impact Method and Ultrasonic-Wave Method, hammer striking, and eye observation were used to evaluate the efficiency of maintenance. Furthermore, the measured results were analyzed by statistics methods.The results showed that the quality of the maintenance works relied not only on the selection of proper materials, the right techniques, the correct repairing procedures, but also on the cooperation of the working team. No matter how good the material and the techniques are used, one error caused by the personal negligence or a mini scale of the engineering work that does not follow the standard procedure is often the main reason to induce the failure of maintenance. The study result shows the maintenance effects of the taxiway as follows: 1. the effect of material: polymer portland cement concrete ≈ portland cement concrete >inflexible Epoxy ≈ non- shrink. cement mortar ≈flexible Epoxy.>early strength concrete,amid them inflexible Epoxy>flexible Epoxy 2. the effect of Aspect ratio:Aspect ratio(<=1.5)>Aspect ratio (>1.5). 3. the effect of cable wire : construction with cable wire >construction without cable wire . 4. the effects of depth maintenance:depth(>14cm)>depth(<=14 cm.)。en_US
