dc.description.abstract | Accompanying with the technology changes quickly nowadays, e-learning becomes a learning way that everyone knows gradually. The purpose of this study is using SWOT analysis to find the strategy that organizations take to develop e-learning.
In this research, I use e-learning system structure, the difference between e-learning and traditional learning, the feature ,advantage and disadvantage of e-learning. In addition to this , I refer some models that other scholars build. According to these information, I build a model that organizations can take to develop e-learning. This model tells what influences e-learning of organizations are learning tools, users, the organization, external environment and the attitude of the government. We can find some internal and external constructions of e-learning. The internal constructions include hardware construction, teaching content construction, user construction, financial construction and organizational construction. External constructions include external environment construction and government policy construction.
This research refers to the domestic and foreign journals, the websites, the disquisitions and relative projects. I use document analysis method and comparison analysis method of qualitative analysis method to find relative factors of the constructions, and sort out them to strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. There are forty three factors in total. The next step is making a correlation matrix by judging the nexus between the factors. I combine some similar factors to be the strategies. The strategies can separate into four kinds: SO strategies, ST strategies, WO strategies and WT strategies. SO strategies which tell us the organizations should lead-in e-learning and develop something about hardware and software are core strategies. The other three kinds belong to adjuvant strategies which tell us the leader and learner should change their mindset and grad to accept e-learning. Organization should also spend some money to support it. In a word, the organization should take core strategies and adjuvant strategies to be best collocation, and do overall consideration to make the best judgment.
This research hopes to build the e-learning relative model that is usable to the organizations. The organization can realize what they really short on. By the way, I also advance some e-learning relative strategies, and hope it can afford a concrete direction for an organization that is willing to lead-in e-learning. | en_US |
