| dc.description.abstract | 本研究主要採實證研究的方式檢視所有權結構與資本結構及資本結構影響因素之間的關係以及其單一因素及三者交互作用對公司價值之影響。本研究以國內上市之219家電子公司為實證研究之對象，並以樣本公司公開發布之公司訊息與財報為資料之來源，以多變量分析方法中的驗證型因素分析(CFA)探討所有權結構與資本結構之間的相關性、所有權結構與資本結構影響因素之間的相關性、資本結構與資本結構影響因素之間的相關性，以及線性結構模式(LISREL)探討所有權結構對公司價值之影響、資本結構對公司價值之影響、資本結構影響因素對公司價值之影響以及所有權結構與資本結構及資本結構影響因素交互作用對公司價值之影響。
本研究以驗證型因素分析(CFA)對樣本公司進行實證研究之結果顯示所有權結構與資本結構之間不具有顯著之相關性；而所有權結構與資本結構影響因素之間之實證結果亦不具有顯著之相關性；再進行資本結構與資本結構影響因素之間相關性之實證時，依本實證研究之結果，資本結構與資本結構影響因素之間具有顯著之相關性。
本研究以線性結構模式(LISREL)對樣本公司進行實證研究之結果顯示當單獨考慮所有權結構對公司價值的影響時，依本實證研究之結果為不具有顯著性之影響；單獨以資本結構為對公司價值之影響因素進行實證研究，依本實證研究之結果，資本結構對公司價值具顯著性影響；再以資本結構影響因素為公司價值之影響因素進行實證研究，依本實證研究之結果，資本結構影響因素對公司價值具顯著性影響。當考慮所有權結構、資本結構影響因素與資本結構間之交互作用影響之下，依本實證研究之結果，所有權結構對公司價值有顯著影響，資本結構影響因素對公司價值亦有顯著性影響，因此，在本實證研究所得之結果為所有權結構、資本結構影響因素與資本結構間之交互作用對公司價值有顯著影響。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | This research is an empirical research to discuss the relationships among ownership structure, capital structure, and firm value for 219 representative samples of Taiwan electronic firms. Structural Equation Model is the methodology used in this research to discuss the relationships among ownership structure, capital structure, and firm value.
The results of this empirical research demonstrate the relationship between ownership structure and capital structure is not significant; the relationship between ownership structure and firm value is not significant; the relationship between capital structure and firm value is significant; but the relationship between firm value, and the interaction of ownership structure, and capital structure is significant. | en_US |
