In Taiwan, there were many ethnic images for a long time. For example: Hakka people lives with frugality, and aborigines are native singers. However, for the foreign spouses, what do their images for the Hakka ethnicity and the Min-Nan ethnicity, and how do they construct these images? Furthermore, the process of the construction is the thesis purpose in this research. Thus, the research uses the Vietnam spouses as the objects of study, and researcher hopes that the research can construct the images of the Hakka and Mi-Nan ethnicity from the interaction with Vietnam spouses and husbandly life. From the definition of the image, values formed one of the ethnic images basically. To develop from this context, the research uses the longitudinal and transverse relationships in the household construction, including of taking care of the parents, bringing up the child, and getting along with the husband and wife.
