| dc.description.abstract | 本論文目的在探求《說文解字》中所反映出的中國古代農牧漁獵活動概況。由於漢字的特殊性，中國古代文化內涵往往能與古文字相互參照，而身為中國第一部字典的《說文解字》，則涵蓋了漢代與漢代之前人民生活的各個樣貌，是研究古代文化相當重要的材料之一。
本論文以《說文解字》小篆為研究中心，兼採甲骨文、金文的形構與說解，還舉出古代典籍的相關記載以及近代考古挖掘成果，並補充文化學研究，以及民族學資料，分析以上各個面向的資料，以較為客觀的角度與態度，對於古代人們的生產活動漁獵、畜牧、農業等，做一較為全面而完整的研究。

| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to discuss the relationship between “Shuowen Jiezi” and the subsistence of people—including farming, pasturage, fishing and hunting of ancient Chinese.
Chinese ancient civilization and Chinese ancient writing may refer to mutually because of the special property in Chinese characters . The first dictionary of Chinese—“Shuowen Jiezi”, is one of the most important material to research the ancient civilization, and that’s because “Shuowen Jiezi” contains each kind of life stratification plane before the Han dynasty.
This study focused on seal characters in “Shuowen Jiezi” , and the author also compared oracle bond inscriptions, an inscriptions, ancient books, archaeology excavation, cultural science, and ethnology. By analyzing all the material with objective attitude and viewpoint, we can make a comprehensive and complete research in the production activity of ancient Chinese.
