dc.description.abstract在本論文中設計一個可用於微型投影機的LED光源,用於投影機的光源必須為光線準直且均勻的照度,可投影到面板。所以在論文中主要利用兩種不同的LED光源作為設計模擬,一種為適用於封裝LED的封裝透鏡模組,另一種為利用沒有封裝的裸晶配合設計的平面反射鏡搭配透鏡以達到準直且均勻的目標。我們利用自建程式的方設計可用的透鏡規格後,將利用光機模擬軟體,進行驗證與優化。 在第一種光源模組下,當應用在單片式4:3的0.45吋液晶螢幕時,我們可得到84.6%的照度均勻性,發散角度半強角為9゚及47%的使用效率。如果用在單片式4:3的0.62吋LCoS螢幕時,可得到85.8%的照度均勻性,發散角度半強角為10゚及21.8%的使用效率。我們將此透鏡架構用於三片式液晶螢幕的系統時,會有88.5%的使用效率,5゚的半強角度及30.5%使用效率。 我們利用第二種的光源模組改善當面板為LCoS時會使使用效率下降的問題,在第此種架構下,我們先以程式找出一個適當的透鏡規格後,再利用光機模擬軟體作實際光源模擬後作些微調整優化。所以在此架構下,我們可有效的將用於LCoS面板的光源使用效率提高到30%,均勻性亦可達到85%,發散角度半強角也降到了7゚。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWe design a LED light source of a mini-projector and the light source must be a illumination uniform and collimator. In this paper we have two different ways to design the LED projector light source. The one is an enveloped type source; the other is a non-enveloped LED source. By the way we deign the lens with the computer program and use the optics soft ASAP to simulate. Then we confirmed the lens system and optimized. When we use the enveloped type LED, have the 84.6% illumination uniformity、9゚full angle at the half maximum of the luminous intensity and 47% power efficiency for 4:3 0.45” LCD panel. We have the 85.8% illumination uniformity、10゚full angle at the half maximum of the luminous intensity and 21.8% power efficiency for 4:3 0.62” LCoS panel. The three LCD panel system we have 88.5% illumination uniformity、5゚full angle at the half maximum of the luminous intensity and 30.5% power efficiency. We use the nom-enveloped type LED with the lens we designed to increase the low power efficiency in LCoS panel. We find the lens data in a small range by the self-contributed computer program. By the lens data we increase the power efficiency to 30%、7゚full angle at the half maximum of the luminous intensity and 85% illumination uniformity.en_US
