dc.description.abstract台灣地區隨著休閒活動與綠色運輸、環境永續的思維下,政府積極推動發展自行車休閒運動及建置自行車道路網,以落實節能減碳的政策,迎接綠色環保時代的來臨。目前台北縣市之間受淡水河及其支流新店溪河川阻隔,致使兩岸堤外高灘地河濱自行車道路網無法串聯;須透過越堤陸橋、橋梁牽引道或跨河公路橋梁,作為兩岸自行車道串聯騎乘路徑,使用上極不方便也很危險,尤其以跨河公路橋梁面對市區繁重的交通流量與複雜的交通動線,亦形成自行車與汽機車爭道、搶道危險情況;無法提供自行車騎乘者安全、便捷的輕型交通服務。 本研究蒐集國內外相關文獻及現況資料,針對堤外高灘地建置「跨河自行車專用橋梁」,考量其結構型式,兼顧防汛、防災等需求,並配合既設「河濱自行車道」高程現況,並參酌相關法令及建置範圍內相關資料予以彙整研析,歸納國內外實務建置經驗,針對本研究主題「跨河自行車專用橋梁」,提出四種可行方案,詳加評估與分析後,研選符合防汛且具安全、交通功能、經濟性及整體景觀需求之「機械昇降式跨河自行車專用橋梁」。 本研究摒除傳統以自行車牽引道、共用公路橋梁串聯河濱自行車道等方式,除可提高便捷性外,更可避免自行車騎乘者在共用車道之危險。本研究為堤外高灘地之自行車專用橋梁提供一創新前瞻性之解決方案及思維,可作為橋梁工程界之參考。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn Taiwan, steering thinking and progression of leisure activity, green transportation and environmental sustainability, the government aggressive progresses guiding policy of energy conservation and carbon reduction to meet an era of green environment conservation. At present there exists waterway obstacle of Danshui River and Xindian River between Taipei City and Taipei County. This situation resulted disconnection of bicycle routes on both riverbanks. With land-bridge above embankment, bridge ramp and land bridge across river connect to bicycle routes on both riverbanks. Especially that land bridge transport against heavy traffic and complicate moving lines in metropolitan area caused disorder and hazards from mixing traffic of motor vehicles and bicycles, it is expected that a light traffic service of sheltered and convenient form for bicycle commuters needs to be developed. In the light of installation of bicycle specialized (assigned) bridge across river on flood plain away from embankment, various illustrations and data about structure type, disaster prevention have been collected and examined for existing elevation of bicycle routes at riverside, together with consideration on relevant regulations and worldwide experience and practice. There are four feasible schemes focusing the topic of bicycle specialized bridge across river. After careful evaluation and analysis to fulfill functions of flood control, safe traffic, economy and overall scenery, this research proposes bicycle specialized bridge across river of mechanical lifting type. Traditional approach of connecting bicycle routes on riverbank with bicycle ramp and public land bridges has been discarded. The findings have demonstrated not only upgrading service convenience but avoiding the hazard against bicycle users at general vehicle track. The implication provides an innovative advancement and solution for bicycle specialized bridge on flood plain away from embankment and serves as reference of bridge engineering field. en_US
