Somehow, the inventions patent (IP) turns into a competition weapon in enterprises. The enterprises control and infiltrate the market by adopting the strategy of technical monopolization. Nowadays, specialists have already developed various weighing criteria & appraising ways for the elements of intangible asset. However, in current indiscrimination module for evaluation standard, there still yet to reached a common view for the technical value, especially when assess the value of IP implement and the factors of IP values. There is little research on navigating the causal relationship or positive/negative interlaced value factors.
Due to estimators’’ poor expertise in specific industries, their report instead will be piled up with euphuisms and complicated formulas so as to skip hardball paragraphs. Accordingly, value of a IP will be devaluated though reports. Value appraising for the IP shall be fecundated from the module of value factors. This research aims to finalize, observe and analysis each value factors on practicing status of IP for the safety syringes, one of the popular medical consumables at last decade so as to expecting the finalization of the proper value factors on the IP implement of safety syringes. This research investigates the critical factors on the failure cases when practice patent technology so as enable to finalize the affection on the patent value once negative value factors occurred; and verifies the statement of “The value of patent is decided by the practicing of parent”.
