| dc.description.abstract | 由於近幾年來TFT-LCD產業的蓬勃發展，目前台灣已發展成世界上僅次於南韓的第二大TFT-LCD 產出國，為未來具有競爭性之產業。而在整個TFT-LCD廠內的生產製程上就像一小型的供應鏈體系，在進行生產規劃時需要互相搭配進行。在資訊科技的應用上除了ERP或MES系統的導入，如何整合內部供應鏈的資訊，勢必成為企業提高競爭力的重要因素之一。本研究的目的在詳細描述個案公司為了解決內部供應鏈管理的問題，如何導入出貨管理系統(Shipment Management System, SMS)，及導入後所產生的成效。
本研究採用個案研究的研究方法來進行實徵研究。並以資訊處理理論（information
processing theory, IPT）為基礎，來探討SMS 導入後對組織績效的影響。個案公司為台灣最大的TFT-LCD製造公司，訪談對象包括資訊部門專案經理和使用者部門主管。我們深入探討個案公司如何導入出貨管理系統來整合企業內部資源，以及出貨管理系統如何改善生產作業流程的過程。而系統所帶來的效益對於流程合理化之改善、庫存成本週轉控管、產能及顧客回應之速度，都有顯著的績效產生，能為個案公司帶來莫大的效益。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Because of the flourishing development of TFT-LCD industry in recent years, Taiwan has already developed into and second only to the second largest TFT-LCD output country of Korea S. in the world at present, for the competitive industry in the future. In TFT-LCD Industry’s production processs like a small-scale supply chain system need to match and go on each other while carrying on production programming. Except the implementation of ERP or MES system in information technology, the information of Internal supply chain how to integrate certainly will become one of the important factors that enterprises improve the competitiveness. The purpose of this research describes the case company in order to solve the problem that the internal supply chain, how to implementation of Shipment Management System and impact. This research adopts the case study research approach to seek research in fact.Base on information processing theory, IPT probe into implementation of Shipment Management System to organizing influence of performance. Case Company for Taiwan most heavy TFT-LCD manufacturing company, it is include information department special project manager and user department executive to date to visit. We discuss thoroughly how the case company channel into out the administrative system of the goods and combine resources inside enterprises, and produce course how the administrative system of the goods improve the production operation procedure. Improvement of and benefit that the system bring rationalized to the procedure, stock cost turnover accuse of managing, can produce and the speed which the customer reflect, there are apparent performances that emerge, can bring the greatest benefit for the case company. | en_US |
