dc.description.abstract | In Taiwan region, traditionally, We explore a research of begging for the hedonic price model by adopting building data and macro economy data. Having other scholars will plus add a research topic. In order to make the model more complete, this research will include the increment mass transit factor, the number of the manufactures in Neihu technology park and school district factor etc., in order to explore the influence in housing price relating to mass transit Neihu line. Using hedonic price method, in Taipei city Neihu district, Dazhi area , Nankang district , the new houses are substantial evidence objects.
