zh_TW
There have been so many disasters happening worldwide recently and each year we are facing a series of new threats to our life. So, the “environmental sustainability” could not but become the major environmental issue . Under the present pressure from the dilemma concerning the economical development and environmental protection , we have to make a breakthrough to solve the new environmental problems and thus to come up to the requirement of environmental sustainability. The environmental issues are far beyond the boundary of each nation. It is not a question of only one nation or only in a piece of land. And the process of global industrialization also brings structural inequality and inconformity of duty sharing. These factors makes it more difficult to solve the environmental problems fairly. If we want to find a good solution to the environmental problem, we must take to the environmental protection and sustainable development to make sure the ecological systems can come to a stable, remediable and recyclable situation. So the logistic provision for human life can’t therefore override the workload of the ecologic system. Based on the inquiries to the above global environmental issues, this thesis with the help of the theory of Dobson Andrew’s ecological citizenship tries to find an approach to answer the questions about the ecologic duty among nations. By studying the probability of the combination of the ecological citizenship and political citizenship, this thesis wishes to make it feasible to accomplish the goal of environmental sustainability. en_US
