| dc.description.abstract | 路面平坦一直是市民的期望，而一般市區道路又以柔性鋪面瀝青混凝土構成，主辦機關努力為用路人提供路面平整及行車舒適，成立「路平專案」擬定推動項目、執行計畫、執行方式及推動時程，使一般道路平坦度標準達國際水準。
本研究收集彙整國內外道路鋪築、道路維護、道路零星修補及挖掘路面修復工法及相關規範，以實際經驗為基礎，提出建議以「銑刨鋪築瀝青道路標準作業流程」、「道路方正銑舖施工標準作業流程」及「道路坑洞修補施工標準作業流程」施工作業程序，並落實監造業務，藉以提昇道路使用年限及行車舒適。

It has been citizens’’ expectation all the time that the road surface is smooth, and the general road of urban area is being formed with the bituminous concrete of flexible shop front, it is hard comfortable in order to offer the evenness of road surface and drive a vehicle with the passerby to host the organ, establish ’’ way flat special project ’’ draft project of promoting, is it plan, carry out track type and Cheng when promoting to carry out, make the smooth degree of standards of general road reach the world level.
This research is collected and gathered together the whole domestic and international road is paved and built, the road is safeguarded, mends and excavates the road surface to repair worker law and relevant norms sporadicly in the road, based on practical experience, propose the suggestion by mills and planes and paves and builds the pitch road standard homework proceduring, ’’ road up right and foursquare to is it spread construction standard homework procedure to mill ’’ and ’’ road hole mend construction standard homework procedure ’’ construction operation procedure, implementing and supervising the business of building, it is comfortable to use to promote road service life and drive a vehicle.
