dc.description.abstract印刷電路板(Printed Circuit Board ; PCB)因產業的發達而大增,也因電子機具的應用迅速擴展,被廣泛應用在資訊、通信、網路設備等各個領域。隨著行動電子產品帶來的方便性,可攜性電子產品的普及與需求日增,產品朝輕薄短小、高功能、高密度、高可靠性、低成本的需求發展,而無線高頻的功能必須仰賴電氣性能的提昇。 台灣PCB產業獨特的聚落發展,造就完整的上、中、下游高彈性化的供應鏈體系,產值與產量在全球市場上均具有競爭力,但當產能不斷提升,而價格卻以每年百分之六到八個百分點的速度繼續滑落,提高產品的生產良率,就成為維持台灣PCB產業刻不容緩的要素。要提高產品的生產良率,就要有良好的製程管控能力,在各製程中設定與執行有效的檢測管制,將檢測之數據回饋作為改善之依據,讓因外在因素造成產品上之瑕疵,及時給予改善修正,所以檢測之工作在製程管理上所顯現的重要性無法忽視。 隨著產業的發展,新的地圖與規範逐年更新,檢查與電氣測試的設備與技術在電子產業中也隨之發展,自動光學檢測(Automatic Optic Inspection ; AOI)與電性測試是最能呈現問題,所以當高品質的需求增加(高頻、高密度、細線路、多層次及埋入元件) ,檢測設備是必然的加入,實際上對於製程控制與品質的改善會有實質的幫助以確保產品品質的可靠度,讓潛在的問題給予消除。本研究以個案研究的研究方法,以追求低成本高效益的檢測方法,成為PCB藉由提高製程能力、產品最終良品率及降低檢測成本,實成為競爭力之來源。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractPCB (printed circuit board) is tremendously increased due to highly developed of the industry. Also because electronic machinery application is rapidly expanded, PCB is widely used in many fields as in information, communication and network equipments. Accompany with the convenience of mobile electronic products, the demand & spread of portable electronic products is steadily increasing. Product designs are tend to have lighter, thinner & smaller outline with high performance, density, reliability but lower cost. However the function of wireless & high frequency relies on promotion of electronic performance. The unique development in groups of Taiwan PCB industry leads to a complete (including upstream, midstream and downstream) and flexible supply chain system. Output value & quantity are competitive on the global market. When productivity increases constantly but price contrarily keeps falling down 6% - 8% per year, under such circumstance, for Taiwan PCB industry to persist in the global market, raising production yield rate becomes the most immediate urgent element. Raising production yield rate, we need to have good ability in manufacturing control. In manufacturing, inspection & control must be set up and effectively executed. The inspection figure is treated as feedback of reforming basis. So those products’ flaws caused by external factors can be improved and revised in time. That is why the inspection in manufacturing is too important but couldn’t be ignored. Accompany with the development of the industry, map and standard are being renewed annually. Inspection equipments, electrical testing equipments and techniques in electronics industry are well developed. AOI and electrical testing equipments are most useful in distinguishing problem. So when demand of high quality (high frequency, high density, fine line circuit, multilayer & buried component) is increased, inspection equipments become essential. And it is very helpful in manufacturing control and quality improvement, and also to secure product reliability and eliminate possible problems. This research with the case study approach, to pursue the low cost with high effective detection method, which could be the way for PCB manufacturing by upgrade production ability, increase production yield rate but lower the inspection cost to become the source of competitiveness in fact. en_US
