| dc.description.abstract | 1980年代中期以後，台商因應經營環境趨向不利之因素，開啟產業外移之路，轉向中國大陸。現今台商同樣面臨營運成本上升之壓力，再次另覓勞力市場。
而在各項正面因素的考量下，越南無疑是一個良好的投資選擇。然對台商而言，詳細了解中國大陸與越南兩地可能遭遇的問題差異，將有利於投資決策的評估與提出相對因應的方案。
本研究針對台商在中國大陸與越南投資所遭遇之問題進行比較研究後，歸納出下列結論：
一、
越南基礎建設相對薄弱，將成經濟成長阻礙。
二、
中國大陸人口老化快速，形成勞動力結構改變。越南人口結構年輕，勞動力年輕充足，但兩地都面臨缺工問題。
三、
中國大陸經濟發展持續看好，人民生活水平提升。越南經濟發展看似發展蓬勃，實則人民生活逐漸惡化，經濟發展充滿隱憂。
四、
中國勞工平均工資已為越南兩倍以上。
五、
越南行政效率與貪污問題較中國大陸更形嚴重。
六、
越南租稅優惠、經濟政策、環保法規皆對外資較中國大陸來的友善。
七、
企業在中國大陸的社會福利與社會保險基金上的負擔，將遠超過越南。
八、
越南罷工問題日趨嚴重，勞資關係比中國大陸更形惡劣。
九、
越南在文化語言上與台商的隔閡相對大於中國大陸。
十、
中國大陸已有大量外商投建研發中心，而越南科技活動則仍處啟蒙階段。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | After the middle of 1980, the Taiwanese enterprises face severe environment.
The disadvantageous investment environment push them move the industries to mainland China. Nowadays them face the similar press from China. Enterprises try to find another low-priced labor-offered market to be a substitute.
Vietnam is quiet a suitable market for Taiwanese enterprises to invest their business. However, a well analysis for both China and Vietnam market will be helpful to make a proper investment decision.
This paper focused on the comparison of investment environment between mainland China and Vietnam. The conclusion as follows,
1.
The infrastructure of Vietnam is weak then mainland China.
2.
The aging of China labor forces caused the change of labor structure.
3.
Improving of economy, but worsening standard of living in Vietnam.
4.
China’s average labor wage is double of Vietnam.
5.
Vietnam’’s bad administrative efficiency and corruption problems worse than mainland China.
6.
Vietnam’s Tax, Economy, Environment Protection Policies loose than mainland China.
7.
Enterprises will face more duties of welfare and social insurance in mainland China.
8.
Vietnam’s strike problem worse than mainland China.
9.
Culture and language in Vietnam are quiet difference.
10.
