| dc.description.abstract | With the recent development of globalization and the multinational enterprises rising sharply, the relationship between countries all over the world has become much closer. The operation of international trade has also been closely linked with our lives, however, while globalization does bring economic growth, but also bring some unfair ethical problems. Under the situation of unfair trade, globalization also increasingly puts the people in the poor countries into the poverty trap. Especially for those who make livings on agricultural trade, the situation is becoming worse and worse. Unfair trade has not only seriously affected poor people’s basic right to live, but undermined the fair as the basic ethical values of human cooperation, and affected the stable development of global trade. For poor countries, agricultural goods are being the major source of livelihood, and fair as the standard re-construction is very important. Thus, the address of this issue that current unfair trade harms the livelihood of farmers in poor countries is urgent and important.
The purpose of this paper is to use ethical analysis to observe today’’s issue of unfairness trade in agricultural products in terms of business ethics, and demonstrate the importance of the operation of fair trade. This study hopes to build a true and fair trade standards compliance which can be used to address unfair trade issues, and establish a consistent ethical trade order. As the contract itself is the foundation of trade, it is the only way to build fair trade by the research on fair. From a fair contract can be established on the basis of fair trade, and also meet the requirements of business ethics is the real fair trade. Furthermore, only the fair trade to be the basic of global trade operation, indeed enhance global welfare, and the global trade can be sustainable development.
