dc.description.abstract | 設計背光模組中的導光板及光源的反射罩,讓光源可以準直出射導光板。在LightTools裡面建立設計的模型,利用LightTools裡的Nsray(Non-Sequential Ray)功能分析光線的角度及位置,探討選定一個反射罩大小時,LED chip size對光線的影響為何,並且進行模擬,再根據分析出的結果,設計導光板Prism的角度,改善模型的架構來達到期望的目標。

dc.description.abstract | We design the reflector of a source and the light guide of the Backlight Module to get collimated light from a light guide. We use Nsray(Non-Sequential Ray) in LightTools to analyze angle and position of light and discuss effect the LED chip size make when choosing one reflector size. We simulate our module and change it by designing prism angle on the bottom of the light guide according to the conclusion that we analyze to achieve the goal we expect.
