| dc.description.abstract | 隨著工業科技的進步，公差分析已成為機構設計者為權衡優質的產品性能，及降低製造不良率時不可或缺之重要工具。傳統試誤法的使用，會浪費過多的時間及金錢等重要的可貴資源，至於一維組裝公差分析雖然已廣泛地被大眾所利用，但尚無法將幾何公差列入分析，稍有嫌不足之處。
本研究中將探討二維組裝公差的分析流程，並介紹向量迴圈的建構原則及特性，同時採用DLM演算法求解零件尺寸的變數，最後搭配組裝公差模擬之最壞狀況法及統計法的應用，求得客觀的組裝公差設計值。同時於文中將取不同類型之的單迴圈及多迴圈的案例做進一步的探討，確認其推導流程的正確性。最後取密封型迴轉式壓縮機做為實際案例進行分析，求解未知的組裝公差設計值，希望透過此法求得較為客觀的零件尺寸設計值。

| dc.description.abstract | With the progress of industry and technology, tolerance analysis become important tool to get high-quality products and reduce failure ones for mechanical designer. In tradition, try and error method wastes important valuable resources such as time and money. Although tolerance analysis of 1-D assemblies has already been widely utilized, but it has a weak point that it is unable to get the geometric tolerance into analysis.
This research will probe into tolerance analysis of 2-D assemblies, and introduces the vector loop’’s constructing principle and characteristic. In order to get the objective tolerance, using DLM Method to solve parameters of part and trying to match up the result of tolerance analysis of the Worst Case Method and the Statistical Method. In this study, the different types of cases of single loop and multi-loop will be conferred, and confirm the accuracy of the technological processes. Finally, hermetic rotary compressor will be analyzed as the real case to solve the unknown designing tolerance, and it hopes to get the objective designing values within this research.
