dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討影響數位學習系統使用意願之因素,結合創新擴散理論與科技接受模型,建立一個具有解釋與預測力之簡化的延伸科技接受模型,以解釋數位學習系統使用意願與行為,研究對象為曾使用過及正在使用數位學習系統之企業員工,以了解影響其是否繼續使用數位學習系統意願之創新知覺因素為何,並提供相關單位在未來規劃、執行以及評估與預測數位學習系統之參考,進而增進使用者之使用意願。 本研究發現,五項創新知覺特徵:相容性、複雜性、相對利益、可觀察性與可試性,皆對數位學習系統之使用意願有顯著影響,其中相容性為最主要的影響因素;認知有用性受到創新知覺特徵之相容性、複雜性、相對利益與可試性的顯著影響,認知易用性則受到創新知覺特徵之複雜性、相對利益與可試性的顯著影響;認知有用性對使用數位學習系統之意願有顯著正向影響,且認知易用性對認知有用性有顯著正向影響。本研究加入創新知覺特徵為外生變數,使研究模型更加完整,對數位學習系統有理論模式之適配度與解釋力,可供未來相關研究與學者參考及應用。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study intended to investigate the factors affecting the business employees’ behavioral intentions to use the e-learning system. Combined the innovation diffusion theory (IDT) with the technology acceptance model (TAM), the present study proposed an extended technology acceptance model. The proposed model was tested with data collected from 552 business employees using the e-learning system in Taiwan. The results showed that the five perceptions of the innovation characteristics had significant influence on the employees’ e-learning system behavioral intention and the compatibility was the strongest predicted factor. The effects of the compatibility, relative advantage, observability and trialability were positively significant on the employees’ e-learning system behavioral intention and the effect of complexity was negatively significant on the employees’ e-learning system behavioral intention. The effects of the compatibility, complexity and relative advantage on the perceived usefulness were significantly positive. The trialability had a significantly negative impact on the employees’ perceived usefulness. The effects of the relative advantage and trialability on the employees’ perceived ease of use were significantly positive. The effect of the complexity on the perceived ease of use had a significant negative influence. In addition, perceived ease of use had a significant positive influence on the perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness had a significant positive influence on the employees’ behavioral intention. The findings suggested an extended model of TAM for the acceptance of the e-learning system, which can help the organizational decision makers in planning, evaluating and executing the use of the e-learning systems. en_US
